Liza has more than 14 years of experience as a transportation consultant, specializing in various disciplines within the field of transportation and in project management with international teams. Her main area of expertise lies in modeling, including both micro-simulation and macro-simulation.
Liza has worked on public and private sector projects across Puerto Rico, Mexico, Abu Dhabi, Brazil, Panama, and Colombia. Her experience includes transportation planning projects, such as mobility master plans, plans focused on non-motorized modes, and strategic plans. She has also contributed to infrastructure projects, conducting demand and revenue forecasting studies, including those involving non-conventional toll collection systems. Additionally, she has led projects in modeling, design analysis, traffic impact studies, traffic congestion management, and public transport initiatives.
As Puerto Rico's office leader, Liza is responsible for overseeing team operations and serving as the primary point of contact for clients. Her focus is on nurturing and strengthening existing relationships while actively pursuing new partnerships and clients to grow our business.
