Sangeeta has over three decades in research, writing and consulting experience. She has expertise in economic modelling, regulatory economics, and economic impact assessment. She also specialises in report writing having worked on thought leadership, economic and news reports.
Sangeeta joined Steer in July of 2023 after six and half years at Ernst & Young where she led economic advisory practice. She has been advising clients in the areas of micro and macroeconomic analysis, economic impact assessment, demand forecasting, cost-benefit analysis, socio-economic returns on investment, airport tariff determination and competition law. Her clients include regulators, private and public sector corporations, industry associations, multilateral agencies, trade commissions, Government in India and Governments overseas.
Sangeeta supports and leads projects related to economic analysis, economic modelling in regulatory sectors as well as roads sector specially in highways/toll roads developments and creating bespoke solutions for clients in India. She also reviews reports related to these sectors.
