Nazim Uddin

Nazim joined Amberside Advisors from PwC’s Energy and Infrastructure Deals business, bringing almost two decades of experience in advising some of the largest corporates, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, specialist funds and private equity houses, while at two of the ‘Big Four’ (PwC and KPMG). Nazim has extensive background in combining financial modelling and data analysis for better business planning and management reporting, helping clients get the best value from transactions.

At Amberside Nazim spearheads the development of a new data analytics proposition – a crucial element in unlocking opportunities for our burgeoning place-based energy transition offer. His role at Amberside goes beyond fortifying our existing market presence in renewables and infrastructure; he also drives our efforts to expand into new sectors and enhances senior capability to deliver top-tier financial modelling mandates. Through greater deployment of data analytics to enhance our financial modelling, commercial advisory and valuation propositions, under Nazim’s leadership Amberside Advisors are able to provide our clients with tactical planning and reporting solutions that underpin a value creation mindset – whether for better control or for transaction readiness.
